No Surprises Act

In order to comply with the Department of Health and Human Services’ ‘No Surprises Act,’ a law designed to protect consumers from unexpected out-of-pocket medical costs, we provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) to all clients initiating care with us. The GFE provides maximum costs in a calendar year of various types of services we provide at the Wake Kendall Group PLLC.
