Psychotherapy

Individual
Individual psychotherapy is provided for children, adolescents and adults. Consultation with teachers and other professionals can be arranged as needed.

Family
Marital, parenting and family therapy services are available.

Group
Therapy groups are established to meet current need and demand. In addition, we run groups that teach parenting skills.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
A combination of individual and group therapy is provided to adolescents and adults with pronounced emotion regulation difficulties. In addition, we run information groups for parents and relatives of adults in the DBT program.
