Psychotherapy
Individual
Individual psychotherapy is provided for children, adolescents
and adults. Individual therapy approaches include play therapy,
cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, prolonged
exposure therapy, interpersonal therapy, and dynamic approaches.
A common foundation of all of the techniques that are used is
the establishment of strong therapeutic rapport between the therapist
and the client.
Family
Marital, parenting and family therapy services are available.
Group
Therapy groups are established to meet current need and demand.
In addition, we run groups that teach parenting skills.

Behavior Therapy (DBT)
A
combination of individual and group therapy is provided to adolescents
and adults with pronounced emotion regulation difficulties. In
addition, we run information groups for parents and relatives
of adults in the DBT program.
